Giveaway from Ann-Margaret’s Visions

a week ago, we had a guest post from Ann-Margaret.
today she is back and has a little surprise giveaway!
A little background from Ann-Margaret:

My business began as a tea room and gift shoppe in my great-grandmother’s home which we renovated, and I closed  it when we moved overseas for a few years.  Once back in the states, I, of course, wanted to open my business again so I took my shoppe online since we were living in a different state than where my tea room was located.  I have always been creative and began to design pendants and belt buckles which started my signature line.  I love pretty note cards and still enjoy sending “snail mail” so I decided to offer my designs on those, as well, and then, added a few more items.  I have lots of new designs twirling around in my head for spring and summer so I’m looking forward to sharing these soon. My signature line consists of belt buckles, pendants, bookmarks, note cards, invitations, and printable party decor.  Most all of my designs may be created on any of my items.  If you see a design you like that is shown on a belt buckle, it may be chosen to be created on a pendant, note cards, or other item.

Ann-Margaret is giving away one $25 gift certificate.

To enter, visit Ann-Margaret’s and leave one comment on this post.
This giveaway will be open until Saturday, April 2nd.

shop updates!

are you enjoying giveaway days? yay!

a few more coming up today and tomorrow, but i just wanted to pop in with a few announcements:

1) did you know the shop is closing THIS FRIDAY, april 1st for 6 weeks?!? if you’ve been waiting to make that spring purchase, now’s the time! we are officially heading into “moving prep time” and i will be taking time off to keep my sanity. plus, there’s the queen bee market to get ready for and a trip to kauai for the hubs and me in early may. YEAH! needless to say, the shop will reopen on may 16th.

2) i added a new clearance section to the shop. kind of like a moving sale. all of the items are ready to ship, and some items are more than 50% off regular price! they are as is, and most of them are leftover from shows from 2010. everything must go, and there are tons of items under $10, so be sure to bargain hunt!

3) if you follow me on twitter, you may have seen that we have had a rough week. my 3 year old, owen, was admitted to the hospital late monday night for severe dehydration after having a nasty stomach bug. he is still there (hubs relieved me for the night) but is doing much better and we are crossing our fingers that he will be released in the morning. poor guy is so anxious to come home! thanks for your prayers and words of encouragement, and also for your patience with orders. i am trying my very best to still fulfill orders within 12-15 business days of the time of purchase, but i hope you will be understanding of my family circumstances at this time.  thank you!

4) this kid seriously thinks he’s a cowboy.

and it’s the funniest/cutest thing ever. clint got him this really strange horse thingamajigger in the clearance section of toys r’us and it’s perfect. he wears that hat more than you might think and is often heard saying “yeehaw, cowboy!” in his adorable 2 year old speak. LOVE.

happy wednesday!
