tonight i will be teaching a little workshop on creativity, what it means in my life, and how to turn creative talents into a business. i am excited about the opportunity, but more excited about the pep all the prep has put into my step! (honestly, i did NOT mean to rhyme that many times. and there i go again. HELP!) when i really stop and think about what i get to do day in and day out in addition to my dream job (wife and mom), i feel so blessed. it certainly is a crazy life, but i am lucky it is mine.
i have to set up a table for the presentation, and here is what i’ve been working on this afternoon. i figure if the colors are happy enough, it won’t really matter what i say, right?;)
i made this print to hand out to the ladies in my class tonight, so i thought i’d pass it on to you as well. it’s one of my faves!

i promise i’ll let you know how it goes and be sure to share some of the workshop details with you here too! now go create!

Sounds like it will be a great workshop! And just embrace you inner gansta’ and rhyme away! ;) Everytime I see your necklace I want one more and more. I don’t think I can justify buying it for myself just now. One day I will. I do want to get one for my sister though. I know she would love them! And the good thing about sisters…they share!! :)
Have fun tonight!
You did such a good job last night. I could have listened to you all night! :) Thank you for all your pointers and sharing your passion and knowledge. Ann
