what’s in my purse?

want to see what’s in my purse?
join me over at the small things blog for a peek at what I keep in my giant bag for the “just in case.”

what do you lug around all day? I’d love to know what you have to have on hand…

the queen bee market at SNAP!

one of the reasons for my self-imposed spring break is that SNAP! is just around the corner. not only will i be attending the conference, but i am excited to moderate and participate in the panels specific to handmade business. yay!!! but that’s not all… (cue infomercial man voice) i will also be participating in the first ever on-the-road queen bee market!!

you may have been wondering why i’ve been so silent about the queen bee market in the last few months. well, at the end of last year i had to make the heartbreaking decision to leave the market in the ever-capable hands of my sister so that i could concentrate on my biz and my family. it was so hard to come to that point since it was our baby and we had so much fun working together, but i knew i couldn’t do it all anymore. my heart will always be there, and while my schedule is so much more manageable now, i have a hard time separating myself from all that is the queen bee market. the vendors, the excitement, the chaos… it was such a blast.

this will be the first queen bee that i will be participating solely as a vendor, and not running the show. granted, if my sister needs anything, of course i’ll be the first to the scene. she has been such a trooper to take on the responsibilities of 2 so that our dream can live on.

if you are anywhere remotely close to UT, participating in SNAP! the conference or not, come on out and support my sis – THE queen bee. i’m excited to meet new vendors and reunite with some of our old faithfuls, pick up some amazing handmade goods, and watch from the sidelines as my big sis knocks another one out of the park.

see you there?!?

monday updates!

happy monday!

the shop is full! well, it was last night… now, it’s a little less full ;)

necklaces are stocked in nearly every color, and i’ve added a handful of new fluffs too!

for those of you who’ve been eyeing that persimmon color (my color crush for the season), i just used the bolt to make these necklaces that are in stock now, so grab it while you can… it may be a few weeks before i can get more in stock!

hope you have a fabulous monday!
